Four days in and I can say the pop up art exhibition Meanwhile on the Border has been a success.
Despite challenges with covid restrictions being introduced on the opening night and non stop rain over Easter, the gallery has had many people visit and three pieces have so far, sold.
Considering there are very few art galleries in the Coolangatta-Tweed area, the arts are well loved and I sense people would like to see a full time art gallery evolve from this pop up in a vacant shop front.
The opening night had all the pizazz that makes art exhibitions so much fun. Wine, sushi, fun and even the media to take photos for the social pages.
Here are a few memories of the first few days.
